Like most parents, you want to provide your child with the best educational environment BOTH during the school year and over the summer months. Summer seems to be approaching at light speed, and although your child may be anticipating weeks of just "hanging out," there's more fun to be had by engaging his or her mind in Fairmont's universe of summer enrichment opportunities.

Registration
Register online at fairmontschools.com, or by completing the paper registration form and mailing it to the business office (address listed on application). Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Refunds
Fairmont does not provide refunds for summer program fees for absence, withdrawal or any other reason. An exception will be made to the no refund policy if we must cancel a program and no alternative can be arranged.

Extended Day Care
Extended day care before and after regular camp hours is available for children enrolled in summer camp at no additional charge. Extended day care hours of operation: starting at 7am and immediately after camp until 6pm. After 6pm, there is a $1 per minute late pick-up charge.

Camp Fees
Fees include all activities, instruction, afternoon snacks, and accident insurance. Camp fees do not include camp lunches.

Lunches
Participants may bring their own lunches or purchase a wholesome lunch provided by Fairmont Food Service.

Snacks
An afternoon snack is provided for elementary campers. Mid-morning and afternoon snacks are provided in our preschool program.

Health Care
A completed health questionnaire must be on file prior to your child’s first day. Please visit the forms page to download the health questionnaire.

Independence Day Holiday
All campuses will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.
